About Me

Although I am a New Orleans native, I grew up mostly in the in the Midwest as part of an Air Force family. Returning to the South as a teen, I went to high school in the Civil War landmark town of Vicksburg, Mississippi and subsequently attended the first Catholic college of the South in Mobile, Alabama. I’ve called South Carolina home since 2010 and absolutely love the Palmetto State. Despite being a transplant, I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. I absolutely love the culture and the history of Charleston and never tire of exploring the fabulous restaurants, local museums, and historic sites.
I have an enthusiastic approach to life with an unquenchable desire to learn, meet new people, and perform to the best of my ability in all that I do. I’m a firm believer in the age-old adage: “if it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right.” I believe that happiness and life satisfaction come from life-balance, pursuing what you’re passionate about, and always acting with integrity. Some of my personal interests include sewing—I am a self-taught seamstress—Shakespeare, and cooking (though I don’t know if I could make it on Chopped).
